A modular device in container trays for preserving food, characterized in that it is constituted starting from a plurality of container trays and a support for same, flexible and hinged, the container trays having a rectangular plan shape, and having an internal proportional hollow thickness, each support having at least two containers separated one other, emerging from both faces of the supporting tray, designed to maintain and preserve food, mainly sausages, the containers being ended at their upper part in a hermetic cover and of a transparent material, a semispherical or similar shape emerging from one of the larger branches of support, which are embedded in a similar opening, through a groove situated at a trapezoidal projection emerging from bodies united each other by a flexible element, which allows them to tilt.
Dispositif modulaire pour plateaux-récipients de conservation d'aliments, constitué par plusieurs plateaux-récipients (3) et un support flexible et articulé (2) pour les plateaux-récipients, ces derniers ayant une configuration de base rectangulaire et présentant un intérieur creux de profondeur proportionnelle, chaque support étant destiné à au moins deux plateaux-récipients (3) qui sont séparés entre eux et qui dépassent par leurs deux faces du support (2), les plateaux-récipients étant destinés à conserver les produits alimentaires, en particulier les aliments de type saucisse, les plateaux-récipients (3) ayant à leur partie supérieure un couvercle de fermeture hermétique et transparent (3'), une configuration semi-sphérique ou similaire émergeant de l'une des branches principales du support (2), lesquelles sont insérées dans une ouverture correspondante (7), au travers d'un canal (8) ménagé dans un élément trapézoïdal partant des corps (4), les éléments trapézoïdaux étant associés par un élément flexible (5) qui permet de faire tourner les plateaux-récipients. On peut substituer le support (2) par un support (2') portant les plateaux-récipients (3) avec leurs couvercles transparents et hermétiques (3'').
