An explosive breaching device includes a rectangular panel for receiving explosives and tamping material for shaped explosive cutting and breaching of structures, e.g. a wall. The front side of the panel has a peripheral V-shaped channel and a central row of diamond-shaped recesses for receiving explosives. Bags of water are attached to the rear of the panel to act as tamping material. A brace and propping bar supports the panel vertically against a targeted structure. The panel can be formed of two or more sections connected together by hinges for ease of transport.
