An oven assembly for drying paint on a product transported by a conveyor includes a plurality of modules (10) positioned in a generally abutting relationship. Each of the modules (10) includes a roof (14), side walls (12), and a floor (16) having a length and a width. The floor (16) is formed from abutting floor panels (24) reinforced by a plurality of support members (20) spaced along the length of the floor (16) and having a length greater than the width of the floor (16). The side walls (12) include an inner side wall panel (34) disposed in an overlapping relationship with the floor (16) and a side wall cladding panel (40) supported by the support members (20) along the width of the floor (16) thereby concealing thermal insulating material disposed between the inner side wall panel (34) and the side wall cladding panel (40).
L'invention concerne un ensemble four permettant de sécher la peinture sur un produit transporté par un convoyeur comprenant une pluralité de modules (10) disposés généralement de manière juxtaposée. Chaque module (10) comprend un toit (14), des parois latérales(12), et un plancher (16) présentant une certaine longueur et une certaine largeur. Ce plancher (16) est formé par juxtaposition des panneaux de plancher (24) renforcés par une pluralité d'éléments de support (20) espacés le long de la longueur du plancher (16) et présentant une longueur supérieure à la largeur du plancher (16). Les parois latérales (12) comprennent un panneau de paroi latérale interne (34) disposé dans une relation de chevauchement avec le plancher (16) et un panneau de revêtement de paroi latérale (40) soutenu par les éléments de support (20) le long de la largeur du plancher (16), ce qui permet de dissimuler le matériau d'isolation thermique (38) disposé entre le panneau de paroi latérale interne (34) et le panneau de revêtement de paroi latérale (40).
