The invention relates to a so-called zero emission 'AST-CNR/ITM system' modular plant for removal of pollutants from flue gases produced by industrial processes. The plant comprises prefabricated modular elements with programmed and automatic operation, easy to mount and assemble on site without undergoing expensive plant stoppage. Each module or 'reaction tower' comprises a plurality of sections vertically arranged on top of one another, which carry out the following functions: Removal of particulate matter with treatment and removal of chemical pollutants, such as heavy metals, chlorides, fluorides Treatment and removal of SOx Treatment and removal of NOx Capture of CO2 Production of hydrogen Production of methanol. The various sections may be combined according to the requirements of the plant and of the flue gases to be treated.
L'invention concerne une installation modulaire équipée d'un système AST-CNR/ITM à zéro émission, destinée à l'élimination de polluants de gaz de combustion produits par des processus industriels. L'installation comprend des éléments modulaires préfabriqués programmés et automatiques, faciles à monter et à assembler sur place sans arrêt coûteux de l'installation. Chaque module ou tour de réaction comprend une pluralité de sections positionnées de manière verticale les unes sur les autres et assurant les fonctions suivantes: l'élimination de matières particulaires avec traitement et élimination des polluants chimiques, tels que les métaux lourds, les chlorures et les fluorures; le traitement et l'élimination de SOx; le traitement et l'élimination de NOx; la capture de CO2; la production d'hydrogène; et la production de méthanol. Les diverses sections peuvent être combinées en fonction des exigences liées à l'installation et aux gaz de combustion à traiter.
