-1- Abstract Modular Plug Connector A plug connector for 20 cable conductors (10 double terminals) is of modular construction, comprising three partial connectors (1, 2, 3) and plugging slide-in units (4, 5, 6, 7, 8). This design permits the provision of individual functions for two respective cable conductors (l double terminal) and also mixed loading of the plug connector. Upon the occurrence of errors it is possible to indicate to a central unit by means of plugging slide-in units (7, 8) an error status for two respective cable conductors. (Fig. 1)
