A modular portable system for a hair stylist's mobile salon, includes a carriage element, a compact hair dryer and a container element for a hair stylist's salon station. This system is light enough to be portable by the stylist, and comprehensive enough to provide full salon service in the customer's home. The compact hair dryer is a cut down version of a salon hair dryer having hood, elbow and stack and full power, the cabinet is reduced in size and weight so it is portable. The hair dryer is height adjustably mounted on the frame of the carriage element so it can be operated on the carriage. The container element is a box or bag, with interior compartments to hold all the necessary salon tools and an adjustable mirror. When closed the container element is readily carried on the carriage element, when open it provides a salon work station for the stylist, who may use it alone in competitive hair shows.

Le système en question est à la fois suffisamment léger et suffisamment complet pour permettre la livraison de services de coiffure au domicile du client. Le séchoir à cheveux compact est une version réduite du sèche-cheveux de salon avec casque, coude, colonne et bloc d'alimentation; le module est repliable et facile à transporter du fait de son faible volume et de son faible poids. Le sèche-cheveux, monté sur la structure du chariot, est réglable en hauteur et peut être utilisé à partir du chariot.
