In one aspect, a method includes selecting one or more data modules from among a collection of reusable data modules, the selected data modules collectively mapping to one or more requirements of a service level agreement report, and the selected data modules including tags that reference data stored in two or more data sources and further including instructions for processing the data; invoking the data modules; processing the data referenced by the tags using the instructions, responsive to invoking the data modules; and generating the SLA report in accordance with the requirements, using the processed data.
