The object of this invention is to have a suitable ROTOR and SHAFT ASSEMBLY, driven by a suitable prime mover motor, wherein a certain, that is to say a somewhat LESS THAN 180 o of rotational ARC SEGMENT of said ROTOR would have a substantially larger Diameter THAN THE REMAINDER SEGMENT OF ROTOR in CONSTANT and INTENDED IMBALANCE STATUS wherein individual DIAMETER-MODULATING, articulating mechanism components are activated by positively engaged rolling or slliding control contact transfer means the position of which is in turn initiated and maintained by having aforesaid ROTOR SHAFT be appropriately surrounded in NON-TOUCHING fashion by a special independently mounted PROGRAM CONTROL SIGNAL IMPULSE CONTOUR ACTIVATION RING STRUCTURE component, activating ARTICULATION of aforesaid DIAMETER-MODULATING MECHANISMS; as can be seen in the following specification.
