The present invention relates to methods and compositions for altering the cytokine pattern of activated autoreactive T-cells, particularly inflammation- promoting T-cells in patients afflicted with an autoimmune disease, and for diminishing immune responses associated with autoimmune disease. The invention includes a method to alter the cytokine pattern from a first pattern that promotes immune responses, Th0, to an altered version of the first pattern that downregulates immune responses.
L'invention porte sur des compositions et procédés modifiant la séquence cytokinique de lymphocytes T autoréactifs activés, et notamment celle de lymphocytes T favorisant les inflammations chez des patients atteints de maladies auto-immunes, et atténuant la réponse immunitaire liée à des maladies auto-immunes. L'invention porte également sur une méthode de modification de séquences cytokiniques à partir d'une séquence initiale, Th0 induisant des réponses immunitaires, pour aboutir à une version modifiée abaissant la réponse immunitaire.
