The present invention relates to a method of modulating resistance to apoptosis in a patient. The treatment consists of administering to a patient a therapeutically effective amount of an enhancing agent which selectively inhibits or stimulates the function of PAX-2. The enhancing agent of the present invention allows to increase or to reduce resistance to apoptosis depending of targeted cells.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de modulation de la résistance à l'apoptose chez un patient. Le traitement consiste à administrer à un patient une quantité efficace sur le plan thérapeutique d'un agent amplificateur qui inhibe ou stimule de manière sélective la fonction de PAX-2. Ledit agent de cette invention permet d'accroître ou de diminuer la résistance à l'apoptose en fonction des cellules ciblées.
