The present invention relates to amide derivatives of Formula (XIIIa) and pharmaceutical compositions thereof that modulate the activity of the PGI2 receptor. Compounds of the present invention and pharmaceutical compositions thereof are directed to methods useful in the treatment of: pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH); idiopathic PAH; familial PAH; PAH associated with a collagen vascular disease, a congenital heart disease, portal hypertension, HIV infection, ingestion of a drug or toxin, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, splenectomy, pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (PVOD) or pulmonary capillary heman-giomatosis (PCH); PAH with significant venous or capillary involvement; platelet aggregation; coronary artery disease; myocardial infarction; transient ischemic attack; angina; stroke; ischemia-reperfusion injury; restenosis; atrial fibrillation; blood clot formation in an angioplasty or coronary bypass surgery individual or in an individual suffering from atrial fibrillation; atherosclerosis; atherothrombosis; asthma or a symptom thereof; a diabetic-related disorder such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy or diabetic retinopathy; glaucoma or other disease of the eye with abnormal intraocular pressure; hypertension; inflammation; psoriasis; psoriatic arthritis; rheumatoid arthritis; Crohn's disease; transplant rejection; multiple sclerosis; systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); ulcerative colitis; ischemia-reperfusion injury; restenosis; atherosclerosis; acne; type 1 diabetes; type 2 diabetes; sepsis; and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).
La présente invention concerne des dérivés amidiques de formule (XIIIa) et leurs compositions pharmaceutiques qui modulent lactivité du récepteur PGI2. Les composés de la présente invention et leurs compositions pharmaceutiques ont pour objet des procédés utiles dans le traitement de : lhypertension artérielle pulmonaire (HAP) ; lHAP idiopathique ; lHAP familiale ; lHAP associée à une maladie vasculaire du collagène, une maladie cardiaque congénitale, une hypertension portale, une infection du VIH, une ingestion de médicament ou toxine, une télangiectasie hémorragique héréditaire, une splénectomie, une maladie veino-occlusive pulmonaire (MVOP) ou une hémangiomatose capillaire pulmonaire (HCP) ; lHAP avec implication capillaire ou veineuse significative ; lagrégation de plaquettes ; la maladie coronarienne ; linfarctus du myocarde ; lattaque ischémique transitoire ; langor ; lictus ; la lésion dischémie-reperfusion ; la resténose ; la fibrillation atriale ; la formation de caillots sanguins chez un sujet lors dune angioplastie ou dun pontage coronarien ou chez un sujet souffrant dune fibrillation atriale ; lathérosclérose ; lathérothrombose ; lasthme ou lun de ses symptômes ; un trouble lié au diabète tel que la neuropathie périphérique diabétique, la néphropathie diabétique ou la rétinopathie diabétique ; le glaucome ou une autre maladie des yeux avec une pression intraoculaire anormale ; lhypertension ; linflammation ; le psoriasis ; le rhumatisme psoriasique ; la polyarthrite rhumatoïde ; la maladie de Crohn ; le rejet de greffe ; la sclérose en plaques ; le lupus érythémateux disséminé (LED) ; la rectocolite hémorragique ; lacné ; le diabète de type 1 ; le diabète de type 2 ; la septicémie ; et la bronchopneumopathie obstructive chronique (BPOC).
