The invention relates to a module, system and method of dosing and mixing pasty products. The invention comprises a hollow prism-type container (2) for the pasty product and push means consisting of a vertical piston (4) which is inserted tightly inside the container such as to move coaxially therein. The invention also includes opening and closing means which are designed to open and close an outlet (3) in the container and which comprise a lower dosing valve (5). The valve body (6) comprises an inner space (7) with a vertical axis (8) which communicates with the container. Moreover, a sealing head (9) forms the sealing element (12) of the valve and can move between a maximum open position and a closed position whereby the largest base (11) of the sealing element is essentially level with the outlet (31) of the valve, thereby closing the container. The pasty product, in particular ink, can be contained in deformable packaging which is inserted in the above-mentioned hollow prism.
L'invention concerne un module, un système et un procédé de dosage et de mélange de produits pâteux. Le système comprend un réservoir (2) de produit pâteux en forme de prisme creux et des moyens permettant de pousser le produit constitués d'un piston (4) à action verticale se déplaçant de manière ajustée à l'intérieur du réservoir, de façon coaxiale par rapport au réservoir. Le système comprend également des moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture conçus pour ouvrir et fermer une embouchure (3) de sortie dudit réservoir, constitués d'une valve doseuse (5) inférieure. Le corps de la valve (6) comprend un espace intérieur (7) d'axe (8) vertical qui communique avec le réservoir, l'élément obturateur (12) de la valve formant un clapet de fermeture (9) pouvant se déplacer entre une position d'ouverture maximale et une position de fermeture dans laquelle la base la plus grande (11) de l'obturateur bouche sensiblement l'orifice de sortie (31) de la valve, fermant ainsi le réservoir. Le produit pâteux, en particulier de l'encre, peut être contenue dans un récipient souple qui est introduit dans le prisme creux.
