A semi-interpenetrating polymer system made up of a mixture of a moisture curable polymer component and a noncrosslinked elastomer component which when exposed to moisture becomes thermoset. The thermoset product may be essentially non-foamed or highly foamed and is suitable for sealing gaskets, sheet stock, tubing, and as a sealant-encapsulant among other end uses.
