The present invention relates to moisture-curable, polyether urethanes having terminal cyclic urea/reactive silane groups and containing a) 20 to 100% by weight, based on the weight of a) and b), of a polyether urethane containing two or more terminal cyclic urea/reactive silane groups and one or more polyether segments, wherein the polyether segments have a number average molecular weight of at least 3000 and a degree of unsaturation of less than 0.04 milliequivalents/g, provided that the sum of the number average molecular weights of all of the polyether segments per molecule averages 6000 to 20,000, and wherein the terminal cyclic urea/reactive silane groups are incorporated as the reaction product of an isocyanate group with an aspartate silane to form a urea group which is converted to a cyclic urea group in the presence of a catalyst and heat, and b) 0 to 80% by weight, based on the weight of a) and b), of a polyether urethane containing one reactive silane group and one or more polyether segments having a number average molecular weight of 1000 to 15, 000. The present invention also relates to sealant, adhesive and coating compositions containing these polyether urethanes.
La présente invention a trait à des uréthanes de polyéther durcissables à l'humidité à groupes terminaux urée cycliques / silane réactifs contenant a) 20 à 100 % en poids, par rapport au poids de a) et de b), d'un uréthane de polyéther contenant au moins de groupes terminaux urée cycliques / silane réactifs et un ou des segments de polyéther, les segments de polyéther présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre égal ou supérieur à 3000 et un degré d'insaturation inférieur à 0,04 milliéquivalents/g, à condition que la somme des poids moléculaires moyens en nombre de tous les segments de polyéther par molécule soit d'une moyenne de 600 à 20000, et les groupes terminaux urée cycliques silane réactifs étant incorporés en tant que produit de la réaction d'un groupe isocyanate avec un silane d'aspartate pour former un groupe urée qui est transformé en un groupe urée cyclique en présence d'un catalyseur et de la chaleur, et b) 0 à 80 % en poids, par rapport au poids de a) et de b), d'un uréthane de polyéther contenant un groupe silane réactif et un ou des segments de polyéther présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 1000 à 15000. L'invention a également trait à des compositions d'étanchéité, d'adhésif et de revêtement contenant lesdits uréthanes de polyéther.
