The invention relates to a mold cavity for the production of hollow molded parts. Said mold cavity forms a molding chamber (5) and comprises a cavity (1) whose inner contour matches the outer contour of the molded part that is to be produced in at least some sections thereof, a core (2) whose outer contour matches the inner contour of the molded part that is to be produced in at least some sections thereof, and a supporting ring (3) which at least partially surrounds the core (2) at least when the mold cavity is closed. Said supporting ring (3) is provided with an inner cone (9) while the core (2) is provided with a corresponding outer cone (8). Said cones (8, 9) are configured such that the inner cone (9) of the supporting ring (3) enters in contact with the outer cone (8) of the core (2) at least when the mold cavity is closed. In order to provide a mold cavity or a core and a supporting ring which can easily be adjusted to different molded parts while being easy to produce, neither the inner cone (9) of the supporting ring nor the outer cone (8) of the core (2) is located directly adjacent to the molding chamber (5).
La présente invention concerne une empreinte de moule destinée à la production de pièces moulées creuses. L'empreinte forme un espace (5) et présente une cavité (1) dont les contours internes correspondent au moins par sections aux contours externes de la pièce à mouler ; un noyau (2) dont les contours externes correspondent au moins partiellement aux contours internes de la pièce mouler ainsi qu'un anneau support (3) qui entoure au moins partiellement le noyau (2) au moins lorsque l'empreinte est fermée. L'anneau support (3) présente un cône interne (9) et le noyau (2) présente un cône externe (8) correspondant, ces cônes étant réalisés de telle façon qu'au moins lorsque l'empreinte est fermée, le cône interne (9) de l'anneau support (3) entre en contact avec le cône externe (8) du noyau (2). L'invention vise à créer une empreinte de moule ou un noyau et un anneau support qui soient faciles à adapter à différentes pièces moulées et faciles à produire. A cet effet, ni le cône interne (9) de l'anneau support (3), ni le cône externe (8) du noyau (2) ne sont directement adjacents à l'espace (5).
