A method of making a new dental prosthetic from an existing dental prosthetic including the steps of providing an existing dental prothesis; providing a mold (10) having a bottom half (18) and a top half (14) wherein the bottom half (18) including a side wall (32, 34, 36), a closed bottom (50) and an open top face (54) for mating with the top half (14) and wherein the top half includes a further side wall (22, 24, 26), an open bottom face (60) for mating with the open top face (50) of the bottom half (18), and a partially opened top (64); partially filling the bottom half (18) with a first molding material; placing a first portion of the existing denture in the first molded material disposed in the bottom half (18); placing the top half (14) of the mold on the bottom half (18) of the mold; providing a second material; and covering a portion of the first material and another portion of the existing denture with the second material.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une nouvelle prothèse dentaire à partir d'une prothèse dentaire existante. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser une prothèse dentaire existante, un moule possédant une moitié inférieure et une moitié supérieure, la moitié inférieure comprenant une paroi latérale, une partie inférieure fermée et une face supérieure ouverte destinée à s'accoupler avec la moitié supérieure.
