ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A polyvinyl alcohol precoated mold provides a reactive injection molding (RIM) process without any sticky adhesion on the mold surface or product produced. According to the method of the present invention, the products so obtained have acceptable hardened surfaces and a smooth surface appearance.
