ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A moldable cloth is provided comprising a fabric layer including a heat-fixable fiber, a flexible foam layer bonded to the fabric layer, a first urethane film layer bonded to the foam layer, a polyvinyl chloride film layer bonded to the first urethane film layer, and a second urethane film layer bonded to the polyurethane film layer. The cloth is formed by a process comprising the steps of drawing the cloth into a mold, the cloth including a fabric layer having a heat-fixable fiber, and an elastic com- porition layer bonded to the fabric layer; heating the cloth to at least the heat-fixable fiber set temperature; and cooling the cloth, the process heat-fixing the heat-fixable fiber of the cloth to the shape of the mold. The cloth so formed retains its detailed shape and has the appearance of an intricately sewn fabric.
