A molded titanium-containing silicon oxide catalyst satisfying all of the following requirements (1) to (4). (1) the average pore diameter is 10 .ANG. or larger. (2) at least 90% of the volume of all the pores is accounted for by pores having a diameter of 5 to 200 .ANG.. (3) the specific pore volume is 0.2 cm3/g or higher. (4) the molded catalyst is one obtained by using quaternary ammonium ions represented by the following general formula (I): [NR1R2R3R4]+ or an amine represented by the following general formula (II): NR5R6R7 as a molding agent to mold catalyst particles and then removing the molding agent from the resultant molding. (In the formula (I), R1 represents C2-36 linear or branched hydrocarbon group; and R2 to R4 each represents C1-6 alkyl.) (In the formula (II), R5 represents a C2-36 linear or branched hydrocarbon group; and R6 and R7 each represents hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl).
La présente concerne un catalyseur d'oxyde de silicium à base de titane qui satisfait toutes les exigences suivantes: (1) le diamètre moyen des pores est de 10 .ANG. minimum; (2) les pores dont le diamètre est compris entre 5 et 200 .ANG. représentent au moins 90 % du volume total des pores; (3) le volume spécifique des pores est de 0,2 cm?3¿/g minimum; (4) on obtient le catalyseur moulé en utilisant des ions d'ammonium quaternaire représentés par la formule générale (I): [NR?1¿R?2¿R?3¿R?4¿]?+¿ ou un amine représenté par la formule générale (II): NR?5¿R?6¿R?7¿ comme agent de moulage permettant de mouler les particules du catalyseur, puis en retirant l'agent de moulage du moulage obtenu. Dans la formule (I), R?1¿ représente un groupe hydrocarboné C¿2-36? linéaire ou ramifié; et R?2¿ à R?4¿ représentent chacun C¿1-6? alkyle. Dans la formule (II), R?5¿ représente un groupe hydrocarboné C¿2-36? linéaire ou ramifié; et R?6¿ et R?7¿ représentent chacun hydrogène ou C¿1-6? alkyle.
