A molded article for an air conveyor is described herein. The molded article may be under the form of an elongate panel including a conveying surface and an air receiving surface. A plurality of air nozzles are provide in the molded panel. Each nozzle include an indentation in the conveying surface and an indentation in the air receiving surface. These two indentations have a common aperture allowing air to flow through. In second and third embodiments, the molded article is under the form of a single nozzle that may be mounted to a mounting plate.

Cette invention concerne un article moulé qui est destiné à un transporteur à coussin d'air. L'objet de l'invention peut se présenter sous la forme d'un panneau allongé comportant une face supérieure dite de transport et une face inférieure dite de soufflage. Le panneau moulé comporte une série de buses de soufflage d'air. Chaque buse comporte une encoche côté face supérieure et une encoche côte face inférieure. Ces deux encoches définissent une ouverture commune permettant l'écoulement de l'air. Selon une deuxième et une troisième variantes de l'invention, l'article moulé se présente sous la forme d'une buse de soufflage unique fixée à une plaque de montage.
