A multilayered container (10) and a process for forming the same are disclosed. The container (10) includes a support wall (12) formed from a plastic having an undesirable substance therein and polymerized to a level less than that necessary to prevent the undesirable substance from migrating from the plastic into the contents when the contents are in contact with the support wall (12). A protective wall (14) is provided adjacent the support wall (12) and adapted to be positioned between the support wall (12) and the contents. The protective wall (14) is formed from a material which limits the migration of undesirable substance from the support wall (12) into the contents.
L'invention porte sur un récipient multicouche (10) ainsi que sur son procédé de fabrication. Ce récipient (10) comporte une paroi de support (12) constituée d'une matière plastique, renfermant une substance indésirable, polymérisée à un niveau moindre que nécessaire pour empêcher que cette substance indésirable ne passe de la matière plastique dans le contenu du récipient, lorsque celui-ci est en contact avec la paroi de support (12). Une paroi de protection (14) est placée au voisinage immédiat de la paroi de support (12), conçue pour s'intercaler entre celle-ci et le contenu. Cette paroi de protection (14) est faite d'un matériau limitant le passage de substances indésirables de la paroi de support (12) vers le contenu.
