ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A molding thermoplastic, elastomeric resin composition having superior flexibility, impact resistance, mechanical strengths and moldability is provided, which composition comprises (1) a block copolymer expressed by the formula B-A-B' (wherein A is a conjugated diene polymer block and B and B' each are an aromatic vinyl compound polymer block of a specified molecular weight and are the same or different and contained in the copolymer in a specified proportion); a non crystalline ethylene-.alpha.-olefin random copolymer; a propylene-ethylene block copolymer and/or a crystalline propylene-ethylene random copolymer; and a specified phenolic antioxidant, or (2) a specified proportion of a hydrogenated derivative of a block copolymer expressed by the formula B-A-B' wherein A, B and B' are as defined above, and having a specified solution viscosity and a specified proportion of a crys- talline propylene-ethylene random copolymer having a specified flexural modulus.
