L'invention a pour objet une matière à mouler thermodurcissable, contenant des fibres réfractaires, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut être moulée par injection et se présente sous forme de "flock" essentiellement constitué de 60 à 30 % en poids de charges solides, imprégnées de 40 à 70 % en poids de résine thermodurcissable. Cette matière à mouler est obtenue à partir d'un sirop de 1a résine thermodurcissable catalysée dans lequel on introduit les charges solides en mélangeant de manière à réaliser une imprégnation homogène de ces dernières, puis on malaxe le mélange jusqu'à obtention d'un flock que l'on sèche sous pression réduite. Application à la fabrication, notamment par injection, de matériaux composites utilisables dans la fabrication de moteurs de missiles tactiques, en particulier de tuyères ablatables.
