A process for preparing molding materials having anticoagulant properties is described. Hydrophobic monomers are subjected to free-radical copolymerization with hydrophilic monomers having biospecifically active functions to produce the molding material. The molding material may then be shaped into articles which also have anticoagulant properties. These articles are extremely useful in, for example, medical applications in contact with a patient's biological fluid.
Description d'un procédé pour préparer des matériaux à mouler possédant des propriétés anticoagulantes. Des monomères hydrophobes sont soumis à une copolymérisation par des radicaux libres à l'aide de monomères hydrophiles portant des fonctions biospécifiquement actives pour la production de matériaux à mouler. Ces derniers peuvent ensuite être mis en forme pour donner des articles possédant des propriétés anticoagulantes. Ces articles sont extrêmement utiles, par exemple pour des applications médicales où il y a contact avec un fluide biologique de patient.
