The invention relates to a moulding tool for the production of components made from fibre composite materials, the mould tool comprisign a fibre composite structure and an electrical resistance, wherein carbon fibres or carbon filaments are laid in a plastic matrix near the forming surface of the mould tool in the fibre composite structure of the mould tool. Such a mould tool is further improved wherein the carbon fibres or carbon filaments in the plastic matrix near the forming surface essentially determine the mechanical resistance of the mould tool and the electrical resistance heating element is connected such that at least individual sections of et electrical resistance heating element form an electrical parallel circuit together.
L'invention concerne un moule pour la production de pièces en matériaux composites fibreux. Le moule selon l'invention comprend une structure composite fibreuse et un élément chauffant par résistance électrique, des fibres ou filaments de carbone dans une matrice plastique étant incorporés dans la structure composite fibreuse du moule, à proximité de la surface formante de ce dernier. Ce moule est caractérisé en ce que les fibres ou filaments de carbone dans la matrice plastique à proximité de la surface formante déterminent pratiquement la résistance mécanique du moule et en ce que l'élément chauffant par résistance électrique est câblé de sorte qu'au moins des segments individuels de cet élément forment entre eux un circuit électrique parallèle.
