The present invention relates to new crystalline molecular sieve SSZ- 74 prepared using a hexamethylene-1 ,6-bis-(N-methyl-N-pyrrolidinium) dication as a structure-directing agent, methods for synthesizing SSZ-74, and its use in hydrocarbon conversion reactions, reduction of oxides of nitrogen in a gas stream, partial oxidation reactions, acylation reactions, oxygenate conversions, gas separations, synthesis of amines, treatment of engine exhaust (reduction of cold start emissions), and Beckmann rearrangement.

L'invention concerne un nouveau tamis moléculaire cristallin SSZ-74 préparé au moyen d'un dication d'hexaméthylène-1,6-bis-(N-méthyl-N-pyrrolidinium) en tant qu'agent directeur de structure, des méthodes de synthèse de SSZ-74 et l'utilisation du tamis moléculaire selon l'invention dans des réactions de conversion d'hydrocarbures, la réduction d'oxydes d'azote dans un flux gazeux, des réactions d'oxydation partielle, des réactions d'acylation, des conversions de composés oxygénés, des séparations gazeuse, la synthèse d'amines, le traitement de d'échappement des moteurs (la réduction de la pollution au démarrage à froid) et la transposition de Beckmann.
