An efficient transdermal delivery system for delivering an active ingredient to the blood supply of a living body, comprising a vasodilator and/or topical counter irritant, an active ingredient, a permeation enhancer for the active ingredient, and a water soluble gum for binding the foregoing. A non-breathable layer also can be used for controlling the microenvironment at the transport site. Compression can be used to further enhance the blood supply at the transport site.

L'invention concerne un système efficace de libération transdermique permettant de délivrer un principe actif au système d'irrigation sanguin d'un corps, comprenant un vasodilatateur et/ou un révulsif topique, un principe actif, un activateur de pénétration pour le principe actif, et une gomme soluble dans l'eau pour lier les éléments précédents. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un support non aéré pour contrôler le micro-environnement à l'endroit du transport transdermique.
