A molten metal treatment consisting of a liquid mixture in which fluorinated ketone is dissolved in liquid carbon dioxide at 0.01 to 10 wt% is put in a container, and the molten metal treatment is vaporized, and is fed as a cover gas to be contacted with the surface of a molten metal.
L'invention concerne un agent pour traiter du métal fondu, cet agent étant composé d'un mélange liquide contenant du dioxyde de carbone liquéfié, dans lequel est dissout un fluorocétone pour 0,01 à 10 % en masse. Cet agent pour traiter du métal fondu est mis dans une cuve, puis évaporé avant de servir de gaz de couverture mis au contact de la surface d'un métal fondu.
