ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A monitor interface circuit to be connected to a display monitor is so arranged that horizontal scanning frequencies of display data signals from a display data source are discriminated and the mixing conditions of display data signals are controlled in response to the horizontal scanning frequency discriminated to thereby generate a proper display signal. Thus, a multi-scan display monitor can be made as a multi-standard computer display monitor.
