L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance de la pression d'un manchon d'un dispositif pour voies aériennes à masque laryngé, permettant d'évaluer l'état anesthésique d'un patient. La pression du manchon à tendance à monter et à descendre pendant la ventilation en pression positive intermittente et la ventilation spontanée.
