MONITORING DEVICE FOR MONITORING THE CALORIC CONTENTS OF DIETS ABSTRACT A monitoring device for monitoring the caloric contents of diets comprises a processor con- trolled by a first digital keyboard and a second keyboard the keys of which bear food symbols related to individual foods or a combination of individual foods, the processor including a fixed store in which there are stored the unit caloric powers of the in- dividual foods and a display on which the unit caloric powers of the foods can be displayed by pressing a re- lated key of the digital keyboard.
