The assay of soluble endothelial protein C receptor (sEPCR) is useful to monitor effective thrombin levels and a hypercoagulable state. An assay for sEPCR is therefore useful to monitor ongoing effectiveness of anticoagulant therapy. A sEPCR ELISA assay is particularly useful for this purpose. A state of hypercoagulability in patents or normal individuals can also be identified by such an assay.
La présente invention concerne un dosage biologique des récepteurs endothéliaux à la protéine C solubles (sEPCR) qui est utilisé pour surveiller les niveaux de thrombine effectifs et un état d'hypercoagulabilité. Le dosage biologique des sEPCR permet par conséquent de surveiller l'efficacité permanente d'une thérapie anticoagulante. Le dosage immunoenzymatique (ELISA) est particulièrement utile à cet effet. Ce type de dosage permet également d'identifier un état d'hypercoagulabilité chez des patients ou des individus normaux.
