ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Compounds are provided of the formula II Image (II) wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a halogen atom; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a phenyl group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a phenyl group; Y represents a halogen atom; and n is 1 or 2. These compounds are intermediates in the preparation of mono- and di-thiophosphates which have valuable insecticidal and acaricidal properties.
