Plastically deforming and radially expanding a first tubular member (155) within a wellbore (10) form a mono-diameter wellbore casing. A second tubular member (200) is then plastically deformed and radially expanded, overlapping the first tubular member (155). Then the second tubular (200) and the overlapped portion of the first tubular (155) are expanded.

La présente invention concerne un cuvelage de diamètre nanométrique pour puits foré. Ce cuvelage s'obtient par déformation plastique et dilatation radiale d'un premier élément tubulaire à l'intérieur d'un puits foré. On prend un second élément tubulaire que l'on amène par déformation plastique et dilatation radiale en relation de recouvrement avec le premier élément tubulaire. On soumet alors à une nouvelle dilatation radiale le second élément tubulaire et la partie recouvrante du premier élément tubulaire.
