PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un copolymère greffé constitué d'au moins un oligomère monoaminé de polyamide et d'un polymère ou copolymère d'.alpha.-mono-oléfine greffé par un monomère pouvant réagir avec la fonction amine de l'oligomère. Il est préparé par greffage radicalaire du monomère sur le copolymère puis par addition de l'oligomère. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ce copolymère greffé notamment comme agent de compatibilité d'au moins deux polymères thermoplastiques incompatibles entre eux pour la fabrication d'alliages.
