The invention provides bupropion analogue compounds capable of inhibiting the reuptake of one or more monoamines. The compounds may selectively bind to one or more monoamine transporters, including those for dopamine, nore-pinephrine, and serotonin. Such compounds may be used to treat conditions that are responsive to inhibition of the reuptake of monoamines, including addiction, depression, and obesity.
La présente invention concerne des composés analogues du bupropion capables d'inhiber la recapture d'une ou de plusieurs monoamines. Lesdits composés peuvent se lier sélectivement à un ou plusieurs transporteurs des monoamines, notamment ceux de la dopamine, de la norépinéphrine et de la sérotonine.
