The present invention discloses antibodies which can be used for the manufacture of vaccines for active and/or passive immunization of persons in need of such treatment. The invention also provides for human monoclonal antibodies that are functionally equivalent to the above-mentioned antibodies produced by any one of the cell lines CL1 through CL6 (deposited at the European Collection of Animal Cell Cultures (ECACC) at the PHLS in Porton Down, Salisbury, UK). It is also a goal of the present invention to provide for hybridoma and/or CHO cell lines producing any one of the antibodies disclosed and claimed herein. The invention is further directed to mixtures of the antibodies of the present invention, as well as to methods of using individual antibodies or mixtures thereof for the detection, prevention and/or therapeutical treatment of HIV-1 infections in vitro and in vivo.
La présente invention décrit des anticorps pouvant être utilisés pour la fabrication de vaccins pour une immunisation active et/ou passive de personnes ayant besoin d'un tel traitement. L'invention décrit également des anticorps monoclonaux humains qui sont fonctionnellement équivalents aux anticorps précédemment mentionnés produits par n'importe quelle lignée cellulaire CL1 à CL6 (déposée à l'European Collection of Animal Cell Culture (ECACC) au PHLS à Porton Down, Salisbury, GB). La présente invention a également pour but de décrire des lignées cellulaires d'hybridome et/ou de CHO produisant n'importe lequel des anticorps décrits dans la présente invention. En outre, l'invention décrit des mélanges desdits anticorps ainsi que les procédés d'utilisation d'anticorps individuels ou de leur mélange pour la détection, la prévention et/ou le traitement thérapeutique d'infections VIH 1 in vitro et in vivo.
