The inventive vector specifically directs entry into a cell of monocytic origin. The vector is composed of a nucleic acid component, a lysosome evading component and a particle that can be phagocytized. The vector itself, or cells pretreated with the vector, are useful in all gene medicine applications because it is specific for monocytic cells, the inventive vector is particularly suited to vaccine applications. Due to the ability of monocytic cells to target tumors, the inventive vector also is suitable for use in anti- tumor applications, including conventional gene therapy.
Le vecteur de l'invention est spécifiquement destiné à pénétrer dans une cellule monocytaire. Ce vecteur contient un composant d'acide nucléique, un composant de libération de lysosomes ainsi qu'une particule pouvant être phagocytée. Le vecteur lui-même, ou les cellules prétraitées avec ce vecteur, peuvent être utilisés dans toutes les applications de médecine génétique. Du fait qu'il est spécifique des cellules monocytaires, ce vecteur convient particulièrement aux applications vaccinales. De plus, grâce à la capacité des cellules monocytaires à cibler les tumeurs, on peut également utiliser ce vecteur dans des applications antitumorales, notamment en thérapie génique classique.
