A monolithic transducer including a fixed portion (1e1), two movable massive portions (2e1, 4e1) and a resonator (3e1) having ends secured to the movable portions, a flexible frame (5e1) surrounding the two movable portions, and two linking members (6e1, 7e1) connecting the frame (5e1) to the second movable portion (4e1) and the fixed portion (1e1). The frame forms a mechanical filter between the resonator and the fixed portion that is not exposed to resonator vibration. The overvoltage ratio of the resonator is not affected and the accuracy of the measurement provided by the transducer is increased. In a differential-output accelerometer, the position of the transducer (TAe1) is deduced from that of another identical transducer (TAe2) by 180~ rotation about an axis parallel to the resonator (3e2), with the fixed portions (1e1, 1e2) being rigidly interconnected.

Le transducteur monolithique comprend une partie fixe (1e¿1?), deux parties massives mobiles (2e¿1?, 4e¿1?), et un résonateur (3e¿1?) ayant des extrémités solidaires des parties mobiles, un cadre flexible (5e¿1?) entourant les deux parties mobiles, et deux éléments de liaison (6e¿1?, 7e¿1?) reliant le cadre (5e¿1?) à la seconde partie mobile (4e¿1?) et à la partie fixe (1e¿1?). Le cadre réalise un filtre mécanique entre le résonateur et la partie fixe qui n'est pas sollicitée par les vibrations du résonateur. Le coefficient de surtension du résonateur n'est pas altéré et la mesure fournie par le transducteur est plus précise. Dans un accéléromètre à sortie différentielle, la position du transducteur (TAe¿1?) est déduite de celle d'un autre transducteur identique (TAe¿2?) par une rotation de 180· autour d'un axe parallèle au résonateur (3e¿2?), les parties fixes (1e¿1?, 1e¿2?) des transducteurs étant solidaires.
