This invention relates to a monolithic foundation (1) system with homopolymer /resist ant aggregate pavement with a semi-continuous configuration, which uses a pavement with load transfer elements (5) for the induction of joints. It is es-sentially characterized in that it comprises a foundation (1) having high- density expanded polystyrene blocks, which supports a semi -continuous cement concrete pavement, the pavement formwork being formed by the polystyrene blocks of the foundation. Each one of the load transfer plates (5) is comprised of two anchors (6) with two rebars (7) for alignment of a joint inductor (8), and a ball joint (9) which, at the load support moment, rotates anticlockwise and, at the support moment generated by the load transfer plates, performs a clockwise movement. The said ball joint releases the concrete slabs (4) from stress caused by bending/traction at the moment of load transfer, allowing the foundation to be unaffected by bending moments resulting from the load and thus making the slab (4) work essentially with compression stress. The existence of the said ball joints enables the foundation to be obtained by the said polystyrene blocks.
La présente invention concerne un système de fondations monolithiques (1) avec revêtement de sol en homopolymère / agrégat résistant de configuration semi-continue, faisant appel à un revêtement de sol doté déléments (5) de transfert de charge pour introduire des raccords. Le système est essentiellement caractérisé en ce quil comporte des fondations (1) comprenant des blocs de polystyrène expansé à haute densité, qui supportent un revêtement de sol semi-continu en béton au ciment, le coffrage du revêtement de sol étant formé par les blocs de polystyrène des fondations. Chacune des plaques (5) de transfert de charge est constituée de deux ancres (6) dotées de deux barres (7) darmature servant à lalignement dun introducteur (8) de raccords, et dune rotule (9) qui, sous leffet du moment de soutien de la charge, pivote dans le sens antihoraire et, sous leffet du moment de soutien généré par les plaques de transfert de charge, pivote dans le sens horaire. Ladite rotule libère les dalles (4) en béton des contraintes causées par la flexion / la traction sous leffet du moment de transfert de charge, évitant aux fondations dêtre affectées par des moments fléchissants résultant de la charge et faisant ainsi en sorte que la dalle (4) travaille essentiellement sous contraintes de compression. Lexistence desdites rotules permet dobtenir les fondations au moyen desdits blocs de polystyrène.
