The invention relates to a composite panel comprising a first skin forming the outer wall of the panel, known as the lower face (1), and a second skin forming part of the inner wall of the panel. The second skin is formed hollow such as to produce an inner reinforcing frame (2) in the form of a half-box structure (3) which, together with the first skin, forms box parts. The aforementioned frame is equipped with a rim (4a, 4b) for fixing to the first skin, a face known as the upper face (5) and connecting side walls (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e, 7) between the rim (4a, 4b) and the upper face (5), said first and second skins forming a monolithic self-stiffened panel. According to the invention, the half-box frame (2) comprises, in particular, perforated sections (8) which are defined by hollow beam sections forming the half-box frame (2).
L'objet de l'invention est un panneau composite comportant une première peau formant la paroi externe du panneau dite face inférieure (1), une seconde peau formant partie de la paroi interne du panneau, pour lequel la seconde peau est formée en creux pour constituer un cadre de renfort interne (2) en demi-caisson (3) réalisant avec la première peau des parties de caisson, pourvu d'un rebord de fixation (4a, 4b) à la première peau, d'une face dite face supérieure (5), de flancs de liaison (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e,7) entre ledit rebord (4a, 4b) et ladite face supérieure (5), la première et la seconde peau constituant un panneau auto-raidi monolithique. Selon l'invention, le cadre (2) en demi-caisson comporte notamment des sections ajourées (8) délimitées par des sections de poutres creuses constituant le cadre (2) en demi-caisson.
