Abstract: The present invention deals with a current mirror which is stable and accurate for a broad range of beta gain factors of the individual transistors thereof. The current mirror comprises a first and second transistor both of a first type each having an emitter, a collector and a base terminal. The first and second transistors are connected substantially as a Darlington pair with its free emitter being disposed to be coupled to a potential bus for mirroring the current flowing in the free base terminal, as well as a multiplying transistor unit connected serially between the collector terminals of the first and second transistors for multiplying the current flowing into its base terminal.
