A monolithic thick film inductor is made by printing alternating conductive layers and dielectric layers above one another, using the same dielectric printing screen and the same conductor printing screen for printing each of the dielectric layers and the conductive layers respectively. Each of the coil printing screen and the dielectric screen are indexed to n different positions in order to print each of the n layers. The resulting inductor includes a plurality of helical coil segments stacked above one another and electrically connected to one another to create the desired number of coil turns.
On fabrique un inducteur monolithique à couches minces en imprimant en alternance des couches conductrices et des couches diélectriques superposées, au moyen des mêmes écrans d'impression de diélectrique et d'impression de conducteur pour chacune des couches de diélectrique et des couches conductrices. Chaque écran d'impression de bobine et l'écran d'impression du diélectrique est calé sur n différentes positions pour l'impression de chacune des n couches. L'inducteur résultant comporte plusieurs segments de bobine hélicoïdaux empilés et connectés électriquement les uns aux autres de sorte que le nombre voulu de spires soit formé.
