A vessel with a mooring tube (53) with swivel mounted chain supports. The assembly includes a frame (55, 58) arranged for support within a vertical opening of the vessel. A plurality of chain tubes (52, 57) are carried on the outer side of the frame such that their top ends extend upwardly generally parallel to the vertical axis of the opening.
