Image in which Z is CH or N, Y is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R is hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkenyl of 2 to 4 carbon atoms, benzyl, or phenyl, and Rl is hydrogen or benzyl, and their non-toxic pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts have interesting therapeutic properties, especially on the central nervous system.
