A mortar mixture unit for chemical attachment of anchoring means or members in boreholes is described, comprising an essentially cylindrical external cartridge which can be destroyed when setting the anchoring member and contains the individual ingredients of a multi- component mortar disposed within the cartridge compris- ing a binder means system and filling agents 7. The cartridge consists of a flexible material whose volume share amounts to less than 15% of the total volume of the mortar mixture unit , wherein the volume share of the binder means system amounts to approximately 50% to approximately 60% and that the filling agents amounts to approximately 35% to approximately 70% of the total volume of the mortar mixture unit.
