MOTIONLESS MIXER FOR GAS/LIQUID MIXING ABSTRACT An improved motionless mixer for mixing liquids or dissolving gases in liquids is disclosed. The mixer in- corporates a helical mixing element in which the pitch of the blade or vane of the helical mixing element decreases continuously along the length of the mixing element. The result is a mixing element which dissolves gas in liquid more efficiently due to increased pressure.
