A motor is composed of a motor main body at the top and a controller at the bottom. The motor main body includes a housing, a stator (7) and a rotor (8). The controller includes a control box (4) and a control board mounted in the control box (4). A mounting debugging window (23) is provided in a sidewall or a bottom wall of the control box (4). A sealing cover (12) is disposed on the mounting debugging window (23). The sealing cover (12) can be disassembled according to mounting and utilization requirement of users so as to expose the control board for carrying out operations such as connecting wires, adjusting parameters of electronic components and fixing rotary shafts etc. Convenience for mounting and debugging is greatly provided by using the mounting debugging window (23).
