ABSTRACT The invention relates to a linearly moving or rotated flat armature for motors and pulling magnets, comprising a carrier of plastics or of ceramics and a coil system placed on this carrier. The flat armature accord- ing to the invention has a carrier which contains 2 to 50% by weight of a mild magnetic substance distributed therein homogeneously. The flat armature according to the invention makes possible an increase of the efficiency of the motor or of the pulling magnet at identical dimensions.
