The invention relates to a keel-less vehicle, (boat, boat-type body, hydroplane, locomotive device or boat device) that can be used, preferably for rescue purposes on both expanses of water and ice. The invention therefore discloses a motor-driven locomotive device comprising a catamaran-type main body consisting of at least two parallel inflatable tubes (1, 2), placed at a mutual distance from one another, a base (6) that is located between said tubes at a distance from the respective tube undersides (4) and an air propeller propulsion device (25) that can be supported on the vehicle body.
